Process Flow (3/3)


Step 1: During pre-tendering, all required data is loaded onto the platform and classified according to value-base. Doctors/nurses can then digitally specify their product and service requirements, in a manufacturer-neutral manner. Result: EU-compliant service specifications that can be seamlessly processed in the next step.

Step 2: The legal EU-compliant tendering process takes place: eliminating the need to exchange hundreds of emails and documents, or engage in time-consuming coordination activities between involved parties. Everything takes place on a closed and highly secure digital platform.

Step 3: Post-tendering/order process step: the awarded companies and their products are seamlessly transferred to the digital trading platform.

We then augment these classifications with additional evaluation criteria.

They then use an online tool to click on the essential/optional criteria, and assign quality points.

Doctors evaluate the product with essential and optional evaluation points.
This results in an objective, value-for-money cost-benefit overview. In other words: a value based procurement result, created by doctors.

Question & Answer area


Anyone who has ever been responsible for a medical tender will appreciate this functionality.

It is not unusual for the bidders to ask hundreds of questions. These are then passed on to the consultants and medical experts involved and answered. In the spirit of non-discrimination, all bidders must be informed of this. It can turn into a nightmare of detailed, organisational work which is extremely time-consuming and cost-intensive.

Evaluation Phase


After all questions have been clarified, the evaluation begins - also fully digitally - on the basis of the criteria defined in the tender documents.

Each bidder can follow the progress of the evaluation at all times. This saves considerable time and resources, by eliminating the constant inquiries from bidders.

Result


The evaluation and presentation of results is fully digitalised and complies with European tender legislation.

Award/non award letters


Finally, the corresponding letters - rejection or award - are created and announced on the platform.

Final Stage
